I've been lifting weights at Simmon's Gym since October 2021. It's well equipped, clean, and the staff are friendly. Great selection of weight equipment, benches and cables. For cardio there are bikes, elliptical machines, and 2 treadmills. There is no AC, but there are fans throughout. This is a no nonsense, no frills gym, and I love it!
Good gym in general but the equipment can be better maintained and have more fans circulating air since it’s outdoors and has no AC. Did good for our month stay in the area but definitely upgrading in the next city.
