This by far was the best decision that I've made regarding finding a perfect tour for our Cabo San Lucas Welcome Party for our wedding weekend. From initial contact to setting up different boats for us to tour/inspect ahead of booking, and to final contact to making sure that we were taken care of up to a few hours before our departure. This is absolutely the best company and experience that I've had to date with booking a private sunset dinner cruise. I was thrilled by the frequent communication and quick response time when answering my many questions - as I had never booked anything like this before. The team was absolutely great and the cruise operator - LOVESHACK CRUISES was absolutely phenomenal! We definitely got the A-team. I couldn't be more happier and I'm glad that I found them!
From the moment of my inquiry to event day my communication with Deysi was wonderful! Every question was answered and every detail addressed. My husband and I were hosting a sunset dinner cruise for 60 guests in honor of our son's wedding. The staff on the catamaran was wonderful, professional and attentive. Every single guest on board had nothing but compliments from the service to the food and drink quality. We also booked a 49 passenger bus and a sprinter van through Cabo San Lucas Tours. The transportation was timely, very clean and the drivers were extremely polite and professional. It was an absolute joy to have planned our special excursion with CSLT - we would do this again in a heartbeat!! Thank you so much for having made this an easy and delightful process!
We booked a private boat charter for a group of 14. We traveled from US and booked via telephone after reviewing the options on the website. Phone call was quick, received confirmations/communication as it was explained on the call. Made one follow up call a few weeks later and they (quickly) answered all my questions then also. Once we arrived and met the reps/crew for the boat the party was on. Everyone in our group remarked about how fun, energetic, attentive and nice the entire crew was. They were inviting from the time we met at the dock until we returned. We absolutely can not say enough about the experience. It was well worth the price and the value is unbelievable. When we return to Cabo we will definitely book another sunset cruise or excursion with Cabo San Lucas Tours.
I booked a private fishing tour for my family. The guides didn’t show up until an hour after our scheduled time to meet (which is supposed to be the prime time to fish) We didn’t catch any fish which is surprising for Cabo being the “sport fish capital of the world” (although the guides worked hard which is why I gave 2 stars ) They brought us in at the scheduled time. The fishing was so bad I didn’t argue to keep us out longer. But I expected a partial refund for the time we missed.
We took the luxury day of sailing and it was fantastic! Instructions for checkin and transport were easy and clear on the pdf that was immediately emailed upon payment. We arrived at 9:30 and were transported in the van down to Cabo. We checked into Cabo Adventures and waited for the team to discuss everything about the tour and boat. We walked down the dock and met the crew helping us that day. They were fantastic at reviewing safety and expectations. We sailed for about 4 hours total including drinks, food, snorkeling, and paddleboarding. I highly recommend this tour and would go again! I will def use this company for all my Mexico adventures moving forward as I see they have a Cancun location as well!
