    I have heard that Trio is an excellent restaurant in PV and finally had the pleasure to dine there a few nights ago. The servers and support team were all very attentive and gave great suggestions for different dishes to try. And, wow, was I impressed with the food quality and flavors. It’s definitely a restaurant not to be missed if your looking for a nice dining experience in Puerto Vallarta. I am looking forward to returning soon.

    The food here is delicious, especially for a celebration. We had the foie gras was ok, the salad that accompanied it made the dish. The half order of lamb raviolis are really good. We also got a rack of lamb that was oh so delicious. Toward the end of our dinner, while finishing our bottle of wine and waiting to order dessert, they surprised us with apple strudel for my graduation.

    Fantastic!!!!!!! I hope you consider it, we stumbled into Trio and found the land of the lost Chef Extraordinaire. The Chile roasted red snapper was over an inch thick and utterly perfectly cooked. Lightly mediaum rare in the center of that slab of delicate fish, and awash in the most amazing sauce. The service - I thought I passed out and had been transported to Nice, France - the service was so fantastically catering while at a distance. Accommodative and understanding of food allergies and particular kids tastes’. And I just can’t believe the fish. I’m from SF and this snapper, this chef, I wish were there. I will miss Trio, every second of my life…

    Excellent food, nice location. We had the parpadelle con Cameron as a starter and the filete de res, which was both amazing.

    This has to be my absolute favorite place to eat in Puerto Vallarta. Had dinner here last night and was absolutely amazed at how delicious the food was. Not only was the restaurant charming, service great, but the food was top notch. Started off with the mouth watering tomato soup. So flavorful and delicious. Then we had a lobster tail on top of perfectly prepared pasta and vegetables. Then the main course was a Filet with caramelized onion. Then we finished off the meal with crazy good mango crepes, cheese cake and a warm chocolate cake with ice cream. The chef hand picked the red wine pairing and it was perfect. I drank too much. Had to leave a review because I was so impressed! Enjoy and thank me later!
