The staff was very friendly before I purchased my items. I tried on several items and ended up purchasing 5 items for $250USD. When I gave the items to the staff for purchase, they went to the back and produced items already in the package. When I got home they were not the same items or quality. The pattern did not line up on one of the speedos and the colors bled the first time I wore it. I went back to the store and they would not help me. Jorge just stated the no refund/return policy. Very disappointing.
Love everything in this store. Fits me like a glove. I have thinner thighs and their shorts make my legs look bigger!
I was visiting from North Carolina and happened up on this store and one of the owners was so friendly and helpful. I was preparing for my Birthday dungeon party and He gave me several things to try on and I had to stop myself from buying everything. I would like to order more things, I hope I find them online because he made me feel special and I loved his back story of his life, very similar to my own. Much success! J Cope.
I visited the store on a Tuesday morning. I very much appreciated that Saul stopped what he was doing and gave me his undivided attention. I don't remember how many suits he gave me to try on (6 or 8?), but it was nice to have his help along with the opinions of two others from Los Angeles and New York. I stopped in the next day to chat more with him, but the associate was there (he just transplanted from the US, forgot his name)... he's a keeper as well!
