Love the first few tats from here. Recommended them online and referred 3 friends. Then I got the worst tat that was sloppy. Fine lines were blobs of fat ink. I left in tears. I was told it would be corrected. So when I had time to go back and have it corrected to the best it could be. Fine lines can't be created out of fat blobs, but it was satisfactorily corrected. I thanked them and as I was leaving I was told I had to pay full price, what I paid for it originally!!!! It's a new policy apparently that the customer must pay for their mistakes. In the end they charged me 1/2 of the original cost, and it confirmed that I will never return again. And I am NEVER recommending them again. I hope what I paid today was worth the loss of a customer who had got 4 tats from you in the last 9 months. It cost more to get a new customer than to keep a current customer. Anyone good at sales knows this. Clearly, this place doesn't. Bubye!
Rafael did a great job on my starwars tattoo. Everyone was nice and I was even offered water and tequila during the whole session. I highly recommend this place and Rafael. Clean place, nice people but most of all, a totally great artist.
Just received an absolutely amazing piece of artwork on my arm by Humberto. So sad that I wasn't able to spend some time with the wonderful Canadian owner as that she wasn't at the shop at the time of my visit. She is such a delight!
I researched this place before coming down to PVR with the idea I would start getting some cultural type ink when I go different places on vacation. With so many good reviews, I picked this place for my new tattoo. We went and met Raf and his crew a couple days before, gave him a deposit and locked down the appointment. He worked on me for about 4 hours and even stayed late to make sure he wasn't rushed to finish. Judith made sure I was comfortable and often asked if I needed anything, like water, a Coke, a pillow, etc. I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out and will absolutely come back for more work any time I am down here. If you are hesitant about getting ink in a foreign country, don't be. These guys are the real deal. Thanks so much!! *9/2/22 - This is my 8th or so visit. It just keeps getting better! You need not check out any other places if you're looking for ink in PV. Guaranteed.
