As soon as we arrived here the staff were extremely friendly. Portions here are huge, including the cocktails and for a fair price. Given that the carbonara includes cream, this isn't quite an authentic Italian restaurant, but it felt like it was and there was a good atmosphere. Bathrooms were clean and air conditioned.
We had lunch here today and sat on the patio over the water. Wonderful location and both of us found our pastas to be very tasty! Would definitely recommend it.
I took my daughters here for a nice relaxing dinner and it was exactly that. We loved the basket of fresh focaccia bread and olive oil.. so delicious. They have a great wine selection and non alcoholic drinks for kids. We ordered the penne arrabbiata, ravioli and a Terraza pizza. The pastas were fantastic - pizza was ok, nothing to write home about. We also had the tiramisu and profiteroles- both were fantastic! And the service was wonderful- they were caring and kind to all of us. My little one even got a picture with one of the chefs!
Not sure what all the good reviews are about. We were asked to wait for a table for 30 minutes, which we did and then they said they are full. Only after making a scene did they combine tables to seat a party of 5. Appetizers are ok but very small, not for sharing. Pasta entrees were all weak, seafood was tough and sauces bland. Especially avoid anything with cream as it is drowning in it. Even deserts were weak. $200 US for 4 apps, 5 pastas, 2 deserts and no alcohol.
